Hello all.
For the past few days my niece has been asking me to do acrylic nails on her & it finally happened today! She was soo excited as I was too!!
As she always picks her choice of colors, today she opted for 'Savage' by Sinful Colors (a matte polish) & 'Radio City Rose' by NYC In A Minute.

*This mani was fun as it was my first time doing acrylic nails & designing them.

*Of course I had to file & shape those bad boys! That part was no joke
especially getting all fingers to compliment the other.
*I used two coats of Sinful Colors clear top coat. It dries in a weird dull look
yet it's  not Matte. (I still like it)

*Here you can see Savage in it's true Matte form. I'm falling in love & it's                                                  only been two days that we've been together!
*Radio City Rose is a very rich pink, I often use one coat of it. I find NYC In                                               A Minute brushes to have the perfect shape & length!

The word of the day has been FUNKY. My niece kept saying 'I need something funky, I want a two tone cheetah print'!
I didn't want to break her spirit as I have seen thins kind of mani PLENTY of times already, so I just did it. I'm glad I did because she was truely happy!

Here is the finished product. I hope you enjoyed the post as I did doing the mani. Thanks for reading :)

Hey everyone! Yes I know, a day late for my Sat-Art-Day but as the saying goes... Better late than never :).  For the theme I kind of went for something simple. This took about half an hour.
My favorite nail to do was the index, it's just something about seeing blood splatter on nails. The ideas for manicure designs are becoming endless & I enjoy seeing what everyone comes up with!
                                                                      Design Ideas;
         Thumb-Tuxedo & Vampire
Index- Blood Splatter
  Middle- Cross
Ring- R.I.P Tombstone
Pinky- Coffin & Stripes

Colors Used; Sinful Colors 'Snow Me White
Wet N Wild 'Ebony Hates Chris' (Black)
Brucci Nails 'Therese Is Red Hot & iCharlie (Green)
                       Forever21 'Yellow'

Movember; During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of mustaches on thousands of men’s faces, in the US and around the world. With their Mo's, these men raise vital awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives.
We nail art lovers, raise awareness displaying our Mo's proudly on our nails.
Changing the face of men's health, one Mo at a time!
These two manicures are of which I did a month ago. I was taking a ride on the wild side as I never used nor liked any form of the color Blue nail polish! I missed out a lot on that shade as it flatters my skin tone very well & settles so well.

Colors used; NYC In A Minute; Water Street Blue
Wet N Wild; Ebony Hates Chris

Colors used; Sinful Colors; Rain Storm
NYC In A Minute; Radio City Rose

Now for today's theme. To pay tribute to the man in my life, I decided to combine a few things (IN MY HEAD) that he likes. Well unfortunately it didn't work out & I only picked one thing.
He's an MTA bus driver & has to wear uniform. He takes pride in his uniform so you will never see a wrinkle & I love that about him because I will keep wrinkles in my shirt before I iron! I went with the simple MTA logo & CRISP blue tie. Followed by LE MUSTACHE!

Colors used; NYC In A Minute; Water Street Blue
Sinful Colors; Rain Storm
Wet N Wild; 2% Milk & Ebony Hates Chris
All three used Revlon Nail Art Stencil; Mustache

Thank you to all who took the time to read my blog. This is a special moment as it is my first official  post & first time taking part with a theme! :) Again thanks.
